Our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy aims to provide a clear, fair, and efficient process to address such requests while maintaining the integrity of our operations.

2. Return & Refund Policy

We accept return and refund requests within 30 calendar days from the date the order is delivered.

2.1 Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item(s) must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories included.
  • Items must be free of any signs of wear, damage, modification, or installation attempts.
  • A proof of purchase such as an order confirmation, receipt, or invoice must be provided.
  • The product must be returned as a complete set, especially if it was sold as a kit or bundle.

2.2 Items Not Eligible for Return

We regret that we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window.
  • Products that show signs of tampering, use, or installation.
  • Items returned incomplete, missing components, or with damaged packaging.
  • Items that were received in good condition but returned in unsellable condition due to improper handling.

2.3 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at effi-boost@outlook.com with the subject line “Return Request – [Order Number]”.
  2. Provide the following details in your email:
    • Your name and contact number
    • Order number
    • Description of the item(s) to be returned
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos of the item(s), including the packaging (if applicable)

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions on the return process. Please do not return any items without prior authorization.

2.4 Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s):

  • We will notify you by email on the status of your return.
  • If the return is approved, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the return has been approved and completed.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes orders need to be cancelled, and we strive to make this process as smooth as possible.

3.1 Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not already entered the packing or shipping stage.

3.2 How to Cancel

To request a cancellation:

  1. Email us at effi-boost@outlook.com with the subject line “Order Cancellation – [Order Number]”.
  2. Include your full name, contact information, and reason for cancellation.

If your cancellation request is received within 12 hours and your order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.

Please note: If your order has already been processed for shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, you may wait for the product to arrive and then initiate a return within the 30-day return period.


4. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or defective:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery at effi-boost@outlook.com.
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the affected items.

Upon verification, we will arrange a suitable resolution such as replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the problem.
